COMPANY POLICIES
BCA Warranty & return Policy
Our Policy guarantees one year on all merchandise from date of
purchase, except for closeouts. "Limited restrictions may apply.
Most credits and exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of
being returned. All returns must be authorized with an
RMA number and returned with a copy of the purchase invoice.
All merchandise will be subject up to a 50% restocking fee on all
non defective items. it is at the sole discretion of BCA
International whether to accept retuned merchandise when there is no
factory defect.
All returned merchandise must be returned in the condition it was
sent.
The customer and/or its designated agent or representative is
responsible for the verification on the accuracy of the order and
the condition of the items on the purchase invoice at the time of
pickup or receipt of shipment.
Signature on the invoice indicates full acceptance of merchandise
and releases BCA of any further liabilities.
BCA Returned Check Policy
There is a $30.00 charge for all returned checks. We have a zero
tolerance policy in regards to returned checks, in the case that a
check is returned, we automatically switch the terms to certified
pre-payment.
In order for us to receive your company check, it must be approved
by our accounting department and tele-check. (Some restrictions may
apply)
BCA Shipping Policy
Most orders placed by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, and that meet
the assigned payment terms, are available to ship or be picked up on
the same day.
